The scene shows 2 people on a bridge, over looking what may be the Hudson River, nicely done and in good condition. Moisture stain upper left of image Period frame in walnut with deep patina and clean matting, small moisture stain upper left corner. Frame has dings and finish wear, but still displays nicely. On the wooden backer someone has written By James Walsh H.D. 256 W 11th St N NYC Lived 1832-1898. Frame wired on back for easy hanging. It measures 26 1/4"w x 22 1/4"h.
