Description: Journal des Demoiselles #4543, undated (1880s). Original vintage hand-colored fashion print. About 9½ x 13 inches. The bride holds an open prayer book. The other figure is an older lady (rare in fashion prints) wearing purple to signify half-mourning. The scene is set in a church. Paper shows some age toning consistent with age. The lower edge shows some wear, including a small area of paper loss. This could be concealed if framed. In good condition for its age. This print is a single unmounted page; I photographed it against a colored background to make the condition of the edges easier to see.
