Description: Original from issue date of 1943 sent out to VFW post in Alhambra Ca. Each poster dutifully recorded by Frank C.Hess Department Historian stamped on each poster. Each marked Office of War Information, Washington DC US Government Printing Office 1943. The entire set is here kept in a closet by a Boy Scout who in 1953 was given them to help illustrate his project on WW2 . 70 + years later here is the set , original fold seams great condition for the paper they used for these. These clearly state the freedoms we went to war to defend Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Worship, Freedom from Fear and Freedom from Want. Posters are Large size 40 1/2 X 28 1/2 inches. Examine pictures as they tell the story of condition. No alterations, no marks, no trims no linen backing although new owner may want to do for preservation. Thanks for looking!
