Description: Awesome piece, being sold is as seen. Good vintage condition. The winder is pretty tight, I turned it and the feet move but it wont walk on its own. I believe it is supposed to spark in the red window but not sure how that works or if it still does. Dont know if it needs lubricated or what but Im sure the toy collectors will know.
