Description: This is a scarce 1956 basketball program (see picture) from the game between MICHIGAN STATE and MICHIGAN, played on February 6, 1956 at old Jenison Fieldhouse. This UNSCORED program, 15 pages in length, features Michigan State legend JULIUS McCOY (averaging 27 points per game) and Michigan's nine-letter winner and NFL legend RON KRAMER. There are several black and white pictures, schedules, rosters, and other information in the program. It is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 68 years. There appears to be no handwriting in the program; however, there are two short strips of tape on Page 15. It would make a great addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Julius McCoy or Ron Kramer enthusiast, Michigan State or Michigan basketball fan, or vintage program collector in your life!
