Description: Gorgeous 1980s strapless formal gown by Mike Benet. The shelf bust is boned on the front and sides. It features a vertically shirred fabric that ends in a ruffle at the top. Just below the bust is a wide, shirred panel waist. The skirt is full and gathered at the waist. The top layer of fabric is sheer and covered with tiny glittered dots in rainbow colors - very sparkly! Underneath the sheer fabic is a black polyester taffeta lining and under that is an attached black net crinoline. There is a metal zipper up the back. It's in excellent condition. Pictures show the dress with both a petticoat and without. Petticoat not included, but you may want to add one if you like the full skirt look.
