1989 D American Cent BU Red Doubled Date & Letters Defective Planchet Rim Damage

Description: This is a beautiful brilliant red uncirculated Lincoln Memorial penny from the Denver mint, The coin has many errors. The date and letter D mintmark are doubled. There are numerous planchet defects including bubbling around the date and on both sides of the coin and holes on the coin particularly along the rim and on the memorial. The letters in LIBERTY are doubled. The area in from of Lincoln's right shoulder has been stamped to obliterate a portion of his chest/jacket. There is a lengthy die-crack and or clash from the top of the 9 in the date travelling upwards. There is a die-chip on Lincoln's forehead. There are more than a dozen errors and defects on this coin.
