Description: The product is a set of four (4) Gem Uncirculated $2 Federal Reserve Notes (FRN's) issued by different Federal Reserve Banks (FRB's). FRN's within the set are: New York, Minneapolis, Kansas City, and San Francisco. Each FRN is a Series 2009 with a serial number that begins with 2013 to celebrate the year 2013. The total number of FRN's made by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) with serial numbers that begin with"2013" is limited to 10,000 for each of the FRB's. The four different FRN's that are included in this set come in their own colorful BEP folder that provides a brief summary of the FRB's service region as well as a brief history of the $2 "Note." Each of the FRN's is protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve. None of the FRN's have been removed or touched by the original owner since they were received from the BEP in 2013 and remain in Gem Uncirculated condition. The individual FRN's from the 12 FRB's typically sold out every year because of their attractiveness, affordability and limited production. The seller has three sets of the four FRN's available for sale. Serial numbers included in each set will be the same or within +/- 1 of that in each photograph. The serial numbers included in each set are by the seller's choice. These sets make a great gift for just about anyone that likes U.S. currency. They also offer a tangible and affordable alternative to increase children's interest in U.S. currency (without spending it).
