Description: group of 35 ads for the International Silver Co. 1926 - 1956 This is a great collection of 35 vintage magazine advertisements from the International Silver Co. of Meriden, Conn., promoting a wide variety of silverware patterns they put out over a period of three decades. All are over 60 years old. 29 of them are full-page ads, measuring approximately 10.5 x 13.5 inches in size. Three ads are double-page in format, consisting of two separate sheets. One is a half-page ad. The last two are incomplete double-page ads, which only have one of their two pages present. The collection is generally in very fine and attractive condition, with only small flaws to a few ads: one has a small dampstain; another has a 1-inch edge tear; and another has smudging along one edge. All of the ads are shown in the accompanying photos, to give you a good idea of their appearance.
