There are 4 different designs; two place mats and two matching napkins for each design. There are a total of 16 pieces. These are fine examples of the high quality linens for which Marghab, the Portuguese renowned embroider, is revered. These unique matching place mats and napkins are cream colored linen with a taupe rope embroidered border. The ships are both appliqued and embroidered. Each place mat also depicts an embroidered sea monster. Please see photos. Measurements: Place mats: 12" x 17.5" Napkins: 16" x 16" Condition: There is a slight color variation between the napkins & place mats. One napkin has a tiny mark on the fold and another has a very faint, small food stain. It was difficult to photograph these issues since they are so very light but please see photos for details.
