Description: I have a feeder insect business that I collect the frass from, It is a combination of dubia roach poo and the colony cleaner, lesser meal worm. It has the consistency of builders sand.I am also an organic gardener and I have been using this frass in my gardens for over 20 years and there is nothing that makes food or weed grow like this fertilizer. If your garden is just sitting there in limbo doing nothing and you add this fertilizer whether in liquid form or powder, you will see a difference overnight. I just an hour from this writing sprinkled some around my squash plants that have slowed down a bit, but will be right back in full production immediately, and this is one of the main Items on the menu for the dubia colonies that the poo came from in the first place. I feed the bugs with the squash I raised from thier own poo. Brilliant! I copied this from another frass seller and I concur with thier applications. Pre-Mix: Add 1 cup of Frass per cubic foot (or 7 gallons) of planting media prior to planting. It should be less than 1% by volume. Beginning in week 4, top dress or root drench weekly. Hydroponics: Add 2 cups of Frass per 30 gallons of water (strain for drip systems). Top dress any grow media (Coco, Clay Pellets, etc.) Add directly to reservoir for ebb and flow or flood to drain systems. Top Dress: Sprinkle over root zone and water in thoroughly. Root Drench: Add between 1 tablespoon and a 1/2 cup of Frass per gallon of water. Foliar Feeding: Add 4 teaspoons of Frass for each gallon of water (1 teaspoon per quart). Shake and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain and apply. Compost Tea: Add 1 cup per 15 gallons of tea (1 tablespoon per gallon) to achieve a fungal dominant tea. Apply as a root drench.
