Elastic waist band feature sewn into the back horizontal waist seam for a slight ruche or for extra stretch. Has loops at the waist for adding a belt or ribbon, but one of the two loops broke. The loops can be easily cut off or the one broken one could be repaired with a few stitches. Wanted to give the buyer that decision, since not everyone uses waist belts.
