Description: Antique Hand Painted Vanity Dresser Set Bavaria PT Swallows/bluebirds. The birds are primarily painted a dark rich blue with soft peach on the throats and white bellies. This set contains 6 porcelain pieces, plus 2 wood display stands. Large Tray measuring 11 3/8”x 7.5” Small pin tray measuring 5.5”x3.25” Hair receiver and lid with the round hole used on hair receivers. Trinket dish and lid with finial. No chips or cracks. Minimal to almost no scratches from use seen in the glaze. No scratches on the birds seen. All the pieces are in gorgeous condition. Minimal wear to the beautiful dark cobalt blue trim. About 15-20 years ago I had the cobalt trim touched up by a professional porcelain restorer. Pieces are marked Bavaria P.T. And hand painted. Please see and enlarge pictures.
