Description: This is a lovely Art Nouveau statue lamp with a figural base with flowing clothes that sits on a piece of black marble. (circa late 1800's to early 1900's). The lamp has a polished marmoratus shell shade that lights up with beautiful colors. The shell has two wires that help support the shade as well as the rod attached to the socket. There is a switch on the base for turning the lamp off and on and it has been rewired with a cloth covered cord. There is a brass plate at the bottom of the base with the name Aquilon on it. The lamp stands 23 inches tall and the base is 6 inches wide. the shell is approximately 5 inches wide, 5 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any overcharge of shipping to your area will be refunded.
