Description: Powers up and is in solid physical shape. I didn't have the knob turned all the way up in the pic showing 12.8 volts which I should have thought to do but it is what it is. It gets into the mid to upper 13's like it should. It's packed for shipping now and not about to unpack it to take a different pic. Looks like somebody put a toggle switch where the red power button would have been. Multimeter is not included even though I never liked this particular multimeter. The ones with the dial were better but Harbor Freight doesn't carry them anymore.
