Your order should be shipped no later than the business day AFTER the 5th. Some orders will be much quicker, some will need the full 5 business days. We only go to the post office M-F unless we are out and about on Saturdays. This is a labor of love and we take the care to ensure complete printings without error. Sometimes things happen. Please just reach out to us and we will do what we can to make things right! All models are printed in a durable ABS-like resin. They undergo a thorough washing, cleaning, and curing process. While some small support marks/supports may remain, these can be easily removed with a quick snip or cut followed by filing or sanding. This hands-on approach is part of the hobbying experience. For extremely small parts, I may leave them attached to the supports for easier packaging and counting.
