Candles, by their very nature, can have wax inconsistencies manifest while in transit- this is often due to fluctuations in temperatures over the course of the shipment process. Please note that we are not responsible for wax shifts or temperature changes in transit. If you receive a candle or candles from us (or anyone for that matter) and you notice that the wax is lose in the jar, this typically means that the candles went through an area where it was cold enough to cause the candle wax to shrink within the jar. This is common- simply set your candles aside in a temperate area and allow them to come up to temperature. All packages are insured. We do take photos of all orders during the packing process to protect both the buyer and seller. Orders over a certain amount are videotaped.
