Black Fringe Lace Shawl Cowgirl Saloon Hall Dress Up Halloween Costume Festival

Description: This is a fun completed costume for Halloween or festivals. It is done in a style that is perfect to be used as a Saloon Hall gal, or a cowgirl. It includes a black polyester fringe lace shawl, (which measures 68" x 58" x 58"), and a Black Dress with eyelet and ribbon trimming. The Dress is made by Turtle Crane. It does not have a tag for the size, but I assume it is a small by the measurements here. The dress measures 38" overall from top of the shoulder to the bottom dress edge, it measures 31" from under the armpit down to the bottom dress edge. It has a lot of stretch with gathered elastic and measures 12" (up to 16") across the waist, and measures 12" (up to 17") from underarm to underarm across the front. There is a lot of stretch in the dress, and so it fits comfortably snug and is form fitting. The costume is in very good condition. The shawl is in excellent condition. I don't see any issues.
