He served in numerous assignments as a telegrapher. It looks like he retired in 1932 but was either recalled or volunteered for service in 1939 serving through 1941 before leaving the service a final time. He was invalided out of service in 1945.4. Photo of PO in uniform. This came with the medals. Medals show normal wear/tear associated with age. Medals show aging including toning. Medals correctly named. Ribbons look to be pre-WW2.
