Description: The lot includes Qty 2 of the 7962 model and Qty 9 of the model 7961. As is customary for selling these on ebay, they do not include the power adapter as they typically obtain power over the ethernet connection (PoE). We do have some of the power adapters and are selling those separately on ebay. These were in a branch office until we closed it about a year ago; we have determined the office will not be reopened so we are selling them now. When we closed the office at least 6-7 of these were in daily use; my recollection is about 2 of the others had some issue but I don't recall what it may have been and the other few were just not being used so I don't know if they are in good working order or not. We just plugged them in before posting this listing and all 11 boot to the main Cisco screen on the display. We no longer have a means to connect them to an actual phone server to test them so they are being sold in "as is" condition. Please assume a few of them will likely end up having problems. Shipping will be by ground from one of the major carriers like FedEX, UPS, USPS; should probably take about a week to arrive.
