Description: US Civil War Model 1850 Non-Regulation Officers Sword. Ricasso marked "P.D.L." in an oval of dots, Peter D. Luneschloss. The grip and ferrule both wiggle because part of the wood is missing. The guard and backstrap are tight. The blade is straight, feels sharpened, jagged edge, darkened patina, and has pitting with surface rust scattered throughout. Washer is missing. No scabbard.
