Description: This is a new opened package Design works crafts snowman & Animals Christmas tree skirt. This has been opened and all the pieces are there. The one and only thing that is different is they ironed on one piece of the felt, the yellow piece and I will show you it in the photos. They did do this correctly so I guess that’s one thing you won’t have to do. This is a 36” skirt and has the iron on transfer patterns. Please see photos and contact me with any questions.
