Description: Here is a mid-grade copy of Donald Duck #246 (Gladstone, 1986). This was the first issue of the Gladstone "rebirth" of the series, two years after the long-running Dell/Gold Key/Whitman series was cancelled. This issue has a cover by Carl Barks. It reprints the story "The Gilded Man" with art by Barks. This copy has tight staples and a fully-intact spine except for a piece missing at the top (see photo). There are a few small chips on the right edge of the front cover. There is a 1/8" tear at the top of the front cover. The colors are vibrant, and there is a lot of cover gloss. The interior pages are complete with no tears or cutouts. I have been selling comics on eBay for about six years, but I have been buying comics on eBay for over twenty years.
