Description: This is a belt buckle that features the flag, a wreath and stars. There is some black paint off that could be fixed pretty easily. It is heavy and marked on the back Famous Stars and Straps. It is numbered. It measures approximately 3 and 1/2" by 3 and 1/4". The boss is 1 and 1/2". Most of my buckles are vintage and they could show normal wear from age and use. This could include scratches or scuffs or tarnish.
