Flat Rate Freight shipping prices generated by eBay are for commercially zoned addresses only which have a dock or forklift available and can accommodate up to a semi-truck. Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
