Shipping is done early in the week to avoid long exposures over the weekend.Every now and then things do happen at the Post Office during shipping which can leave your plant damaged beyond saving. All I ask is for a picture of the DOA plant and I will replace the item. Normal shipping wear should be expected – leaves may fall off or soil can be disrupted. These items ship from Florida. If it is cold in your area some plants will hold up fine during shipping but heat packs are available. They are listed separately in my shop for $2.00 if you feel you need one.
