We do have two of these, as you can see, the cardboard band has torn and the other we are selling without the band (the first one sold will ship with the torn band, the 2nd will ship with no band) . They are sealed brand new however our source gets these from retail stores who either stop carrying them, etc so sometimes the box, band, etc is damaged, missing.
