It imitates a common crab, the staple diet of Bonefish, permit, and other in-shore species. This is a classic design with Tan and cream (belly) yarn for optimal realism. It also has a two-pronged Weed Guard to keep it from snagging and lots of silli legs for optimal movement and attraction in the water. The fly incorporates lead barbell eyes for weight and balance to sit on the bottom with hook point up. These are premium hand-tied flies and retail for over $5.00 EACH.
