Description: I have for sale what I think is a fob, possibly a medal, that commemorates the 1928 centennial anniversary of Franklin, New Hampshire. It looks to be gilted metal, it is 1 1/4 inch in diameter and in a high grade circulated condition. One side at the rim reads FRANKLIN - A TOWN 1828, A CITY 1895. In the center it shows a man sitting under a tree and at the bottom of the scene it reads DANIEL WEBSTER AT FRANKLIN, N.H. On the other side at the top it shows a wreath, torch & ribbon. On the ribbon it has the years 1828 1928. In the center it reads CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION - FRANKLIN, N.H. - JUNE 30-JULY 4. Please see more in my EBAY STORE at TE Collectables. (18,069)
