Stored this way, the freeze-dried meal has a 25-year storage life. Rehydration instructions: Remove oxygen absorber and discard. Add 1 cup boiling water, cover and allow pasta to absorb water. Adjust amount of water as needed. Freeze-Dried products are great for long term emergency food storage. Each package weighs only a few ounces so they are lightweight and great for camping or travel.
