Description: FRENCH CARRIAGE CLOCK MADE FOR BLACK, STARR & FROST, CIRCA 1900 This is a beautiful French carriage clock which we believe dates back to early 1900's. The case is brass, with glass windows. It is a spring driven movement with a porcelain dial and spade hands. There is a key to wind up the clock and adjust the time. It measures approximately 6 3/4" from the base to the top of the handle. The back and inside of the clock indicates that it was "Made in France" and has the letters H&H. The door to the back of the clock sticks and is tight.
