Although it runs, it should still be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The bushings might be ok. The mainsprings might be ok. It comes with dial, bezel, and hands. The glass has some scratches and needs to be cleaned. The outside diameter of the bezel measures about 3-9/16" in diameter, and the back plate measures about 4" in diameter. Sold as is.
