Description: This auction is for a group of (7) banknotes, all of which I believe are from Greece. These notes are all circulated (many very heavily circulated, ragged, tattered and damaged) and have some or all of the following: very heavy folding and wear (also have many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - some badly damaged); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (may also have many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance - the 100 Drachma that is nearly torn in two has tape and glue residue on it); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged on many - edges rough/damaged in many areas on many); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many notes with many tears and many are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many with very heavy surface damage); many with holes/inner tears and some are very large; many with pieces missing/dangling due to heavy wear and damage.
