Guaranteed Hollow Whole (Un-opened) 2.50 Inch Diameter Break Your Own Mexican Sonora Quartz Crystal Geode Description Each geode measures roughly 2.50 inches in diameter and will weigh between 0.45-0.55 pound. Available for purchase are these guaranteed hollow 2.50 inch diameter un-opened break-your-own Mexican Sonora Crystal geodes. The Mexican Sonora Crystal geodes are a fairly new geode type from Mexico and contain sparkly to drusy clear quartz interiors, potential for quartz scepters and/or fine secondary quartz crystal growths, and a few also contain some calcite crystals. Each geode is approximately 2.50 inches in diameter and will weigh between 0.45-0.55 pound. Guaranteed to be Hollow with Crystals - virtually all of these geodes contain clear, drusy, or slightly cloudy quartz crystal linings. Some contain bubbly chalcedony that can be drusy quartz-coated or not. See sample opened geodes for typical interiors (not included with your purchase). Possibility for Additional Minerals - A few of the Sonora Crystal geodes have calcite on top of the quartz in the geode but the vast majority or all quartz inside. Single geode purchases will be shipped USPS First Class mail while purchases of two or more geodes will be shipped Priority Mail. Great idea for a school science project, birthday party, or just something to entertain your kids (or yourself!) with. We will provide opening instructions and an information card about the geode(s) you receive. Again, we guarantee these geodes to be hollow and to have crystals - there is no guess-work with our geodes - if you receive a solid geode, we will send a replacement at no cost to you and we pay the postage costs. Domestic (USA) Shipping We ship USPS Priority mail or packages at/under 13 ounces are shipped First Class Mail. Tracking/delivery confirmation is included at no extra charge. Heavier items are sent Fedex Ground/Home Delivery with full insurance and tracking. If shipping is not free, we only charge actual postal service retail counter rates or account-specific rates quoted to us directly from Fedex. International Shipping We ship either Priority Mail International (over 4 pounds or 1.8 kilos) or First Class Mail International (under 4 pounds or 1.8 kilos) with tracking (in most cases). We will also ship Global Express Mail or Fedex Express if you would prefer an expedited service with full tracking. Please note buyer will be responsible for any customs duty fees upon delivery. Returns Although we strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and representative photographs of our specimens and other products, we understand that buying online does not always trump having the item in person. Thus, we offer a full purchase price refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days (USA buyers) or 45 days (International buyers), no questions asked. If you are returning an item purchased with free shipping (shipping is included in the purchase price), we will refund the full purchase price minus the USPS retail counter or Fedex rate based on the weight of the package (if a full return) or what the weight would have been to ship the item returned (if a partial return).
