HAMILTON 940 SCARCE 2-TONE 21 JEWEL 18S RAILROAD POCKET WATCH

Description: Hamilton 940 2-Tone Hamilton Watch Co. 18 size 21 jewel open face lever-set Grade 940 pocket watch with scarce 2-tone movement finish. Movement is simply beautiful with its 2-tone finish in exceptional condition having a bold and bright color and luster. Watch is fronted by a double-sunk enamel Montgomery style dial, and watch is housed in a nickel glassback display case. Movement serial number is 413445. Running and a beautiful movement with superb 2-tone color and luster. Dial is beautiful though has a small surface scratch and nick at the 31 minute position that takes out a small part of the upper portion of the "1" in 31 minutes. Case has a good overall in-hand look though its pendant has a small bit of tilt out of vertical to the left and case has some scattered tarnish spotting in areas. Crystals are plastic.
