HASBRO 12" "GI JOE - D-DAY COLLECTION".....ITEM-"ERNIE PYLE - WAR REPORTER / COLUMNIST" FIGUREMODEL #-81783 (SEALED) YEAR-2001 CONDITION-MISC7+B, this figure comes mint and unopened in a nice box w/bright vibrant colors and no fading w/light surface, edge and corner shelf wear. There is also a light crease on the front upper left corner, small corner crunches on the back lower corners and a light crease on the back lower left corner (all minor issues but highlighted in the pics). I bought this in 2001 and it went directly into storage where it's been ever since. Overall, a great looking "Ernie Pyle - War Reporter / Columnist" Figure to add to your vintage "GI Joe D-Day Collection". GRADING CRITERIA C10-MIP/MIB, mint, unused. C9-Near mint, if used, it was with great care. C8-Very nice, minor wear visible, including minor hair rubs/bald spots, minor stress cracks. C7-Presentable, some wear, minor stains, stress cracks, hair rubs/bald spots. From here down, may have rusty rivets. C6-Wear, stains, minor damage, several hair rubs/bald spots, several stress cracks. C5-Heavy wear, minor spots, damage, repairs. C4-Many faults, frayed, heavy damage, spots. C3-Very damaged, useful if covered up. C2-Used mainly for dioramas/battle scenes. C1-R.I.P. I am by no means a professional grader, but I think I do a pretty fair job.
