The record is VG+, with a couple of surface marks that do not affect play. The sleeve is a gatefold and is VG. There is a one-inch seam split on the back, as well as some mild ringwear and a price tag sticker smudge/wrinkling on the front cover. There is also some staining and shelf wear on the back cover, as well. Please inspect the photos for closer detail.
