Description: Here is your opportunity to own a very hard to find Phillips Globe lamp. I have had this piece for quite some time. They are difficult to find and even harder to research. Here is what I have found: These lamps were given to Phillips 66 dealers who sold their products. Only the top percent of distributors in the company would get one of these lamps. They are rare and very difficult to find. The person I purchased this one from was a Phillips 66 dealer in our area for many years. The lamp is two sided. On one side is the green Phillips logo used from 1927 to 1928. On the other side is the logo used from 1930-1959. The base of the lamp is wood. The globe is glass. I have tried dating this lamp but have not had much luck. The switch for the lamp is on the cord. The lamp measures approximately 15 inches tall and is 12 inches across. It is in perfect working condition. There are no chips, cracks or scratches. I would say it is in mint condition.
