Size 44 measures approx 18 inches pit to pit and 22 inches long at back from collar to bottom of waistband. I’m not up on European sizing but I saw 44 referred to as S which seems appropriate given the measurements. Made in Bulgaria. Good preowned condition but does have some small marks (spots).
