Description: It works. It needs a little cleanup, but the stuff that is on it is shoe polish related; as near as I can tell. I am not sure on the nature of the brushes. They appear to be fine. I have never been a person who actively polished his shoes, so I don't know what constitutes good condition or bad condition. Speaking in the general sense of things, they seem to be okay to me. That is just my opinion. I'm not really sure what the little suction cup looking thing is. If ever there are any issues, just let me know. I have zero control over shipping.
