Pictures are of the actual model, taken by myself :) Absolutely GORGEOUS model! Amazing detail! This is the original KOC 40cm Scale Godzilla 1999 (Godzilla 2000 or Godzilla Millennium) Resin Model Kit that has been pro-built & painted. This model kit is the largest size KOC has made in this 40cm scale which is suppose to be comparable to the X-plus Gigantic Scale line, and sits taller than their version of the Yuji Sakai Concept Gigantic Scale Godzilla 2000 or 1999. Given this Goji is smaller than some of the modern Goji's he sits a little over 16" inches tall by 20.5" inches long (snout to tail tip) and about 10" inches wide. Kit comes w/ a 2 paper instructional guide w/ the Gold TOHO Godzilla foil showing it's licensed (this was a Wonder Festival kit in Japan). The paint job is in a beautiful Xanadu color or Green-Gray just like the movie with metallic purple fins. He comes with 2 head that are magnetically held in place (although a bit weak), one with the mouth roaring with more of a red glow in his eyes and the other with his mouth closed with black/brown eyes. This kit was originally sculpted by Ibaraki Akira from KOC like a majority of those kits and mine was painted to match the movie and his prototype, which looks to be near perfect. Gloss eyes and nails, metallic work on the fins, wet mouth effect, and nice dirty/weathered shading done to mimic building debris. The paint work is beautiful and I took some high flash to show the paint/details here and there. His feet has a custom cut soft felt attached to the bottom and his tail is held up by a metal support rod that is also wrapped in this felt. He was displayed behind glass the day I got him and was one of the prized items in my collection. I'm selling off a majority of my collection to make room for new changes. I will stress this again for those that missed it but I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure this does not get damaged. I'm pretty sure it will in shipping because of the weight and frailness of pieces like the fins, but the tail and main body are constructed with a metal support rod. The tail comes apart in 2 places and they slot in and hold very well. What I will do is I'll probably have to ship this in 2 boxes to ensure it doesn't get damaged. It will be heavily wrapped and submerged in dense foam/peanuts to keep it from moving and to absorb the shock in shipping. I will also reinforce in the inside walls of the box on all sides to keep it from outside damage getting inside. That said, DO NOT BID if you can not repair this piece or fix it. I'd plan for this to be in a state where you have to fix this just in case. I have a strong track record selling model kits and I've only had a few break a decade of selling kits like this. However, it is always a possibility that this could happen and again, if you can't deal with that, do not bid on this!
