I assign no value to the frame it has many losses which are hard to see in the photos as it is painted black (you could try to fix the frame so I will include it if you let me know before I ship the item out). I assign no value to the frame as it is damaged. The art is not signed by the artist (see photos). The painting looks to me to be American in origin (see photos). The framed painting measures about 31 inches high and it is about 43 inches wide. The painting portion shown without the frame measures about 24 inches high and it is about 36 inches wide. The frame is damaged and has no value (see photos). The painting has some scuffs to the paint, some paint loss and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
