In 2001, the leading hotels of the world had a leading restaurants of New York gala dinner. The event served dishes from 11 different chefs all from high profile NYC restaurants. The tables were set with special custom made plates that had the evening’s menu along with the participating chef’s signatures on them. The guests invited to this event received the plate as a take home gift. The plate is free of chips and damage. The signatures and writing are bright, bold and clear. I see no cracking or chips in the writing.
