Condition: Only 1 year old and performs fantastic, but has an issue. The left fan needs to be replaced. It needs lubrications and doesn't even function until it heats up and loosens up the ball bearings and only then will it spin. I tried doing it myself and had an issue removing the backplate (see pictures) so I'm not going to touch it further. Better to let someone smarter than I deal with it. Other than that it performs as good as new and the back plate looks normal when it's fully screwed in. If you're someone who doesn't mind the hassle of fan replacement then you'll be getting a deal!
