There are a few sealed ones, all others are opened (untested). Many look to have come from overstock or store returns (some have stickers on them with this info). Looks like 2 of them are signed/autographed on the backside. Open ones may show some light wear to CD (dust & a few light scratches). Some of the cardboard cases have small dents/pushes in them.
