Description: Martin Katon Signed White Buffalo Wolf Original Oil on Slate w/ Arrowhead 2002 - Signed "Katon 2002" on front corner. Has an artist made arrowhead on front with a small bear attached on front. The back reads "White Buffalo Wolf Original Oil on Century Old Slate Arrowhead made by Artist Katon 2002." Measures 22" tall and 14" across. We have 3 of these paintings and all 3 have holes drilled in the slate. Not sure if this was done by the artist to keep slate stable while working on it, or if the previous owner put some sort of screw through it to secure it to a wall. They are difficult to see unless you are looking for them. Also we could not tell if there is a white hair like scratch on one side or it it is a painted white hair.
