Marx Flashy Flickers Magic Picture Gun Projector, 6 films, works. This toy circa 1966 is a battery operated (takes 3 D cells, not included) film strip projector in the shape of a science fiction ray gun. The projector is in excellent shape and works very well (this is the third one of these I have owned, and it works the best). Included original box in very good condition, showing shelf and storage wear (see photos). Includes the following film strips: 1) Batman (complete, in very good to excellent condition), 2) Blondie (in very good to excellent condition, includes original paper lining), 3) Hi and Lois (in very good to excellent condition, includes original paper lining), 4) Hopalong Hoppity (complete, in very good to excellent condition), 5) Johnny West (complete, in very good to excellent condition), 6) Phantom (complete in terms of the story, in very good condition—missing part of the end that has “START THIS SIDE OUT”). 2. Marx Flashy Flickers Film - Phantom. In excellent condition, includes original lining paper, but no box. 3. Marx Flashy Flickers Films - Series A - Batman, Flash, Johnny West. These look to be unused, but were removed from the box to verify the films and condition. Box has shelf wear (see photos). 4. Marx Flashy Flickers Films - Series B – Green Lantern, Gnaw & Gnibble and Pony Tail. These look to be unused, but were removed from the box to verify the films and condition. Box has shelf wear (see photos). 5. Marx Flashy Flickers Films - Series C – Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Tomahawk. These look to be unused, but were removed from the box to verify the films and condition; two of the films had been rolled up with “bends” (not actual hard bends, but not in a straight roll—see photo; I have re-rolled them so they will run through the projector more easily). Box has shelf wear (see photos). Scans are of the actual items. I will combine shipping when possible, and am happy to go with the lowest rate (which may be UPS instead of USPS). Note that the films alone (without the picture gun) should ship for approximately $5.85.
