Recipes Fried Fish CurryIngredients400g shail fish, cleaned and cubed Oil to deep fry 2 tbls oil ½ packet MA’s Meat Curry Mix 1 large onion, sliced 3 green chilies, sliced 2 sprigs of curry leaves 200ml coconut milk1 large tomato, chopped Handful of coriander leaves Salt for tasteStepsMix in pinch of salt to cubed fish and fry until brown. Keep aside Heat oil in a deep pan add onion, green chilies, curry leaves and sauté until onion turns golden brown.Then add tomato and coriander leaves sauté for a minute.
