Description: Vintage NEC Hard Drive For sale- a massive Vintage NEC Hard Drive as pictured, model DKU 057-HBSC. Part number 134-200308-057 if that tells you anything. Manufactured in 1985. I pulled this out of an old NMR spectrometer that I parted out. I may, or may not, still have the old rack mount it was in which as I recall had a power supply for the thing, but that is NOT included in the sale. Best case scenario in that regard is that I do still have it in a remote warehouse, so if you have to have that you would probably need to give me quite a bit of lead time as I do not go there very often and even when I do it’s impossible to find something specific. Also note that the flat rate shipping for this does NOT include the rack mount and would add considerably to that cost. As I recall the thing powered up back when I first parted it out, but that has been a number of years ago. All items are sold as is with no warranty offered unless one is specifically stated. Any testing done will be explicitly stated in the listing and any accessory items will also be mentioned or pictured. If it isn’t pictured or mentioned you can assume it is not part of the sale. Given the vintage I cannot make any promises relative to its functional condition. Also note that while the two shock mounts on one end appear to be usable, both of the shock mounts on the other end are torn and are not usable.
