Description: Plastic tailgate for a Matchbox Lesney No. 51 eight wheel dump truck. When painted, these tailgates look close to the original metal ones. They are as good or better than the soft alloy replacement ones. My suggestion is to install it before painting. It should stay open for ease of painting. It will be a little hard installing, but once in place they’re secure. Two tailgates will be included in each order.
